The school

Light of Consciousness School is rooted in the practice of inner gazing. Every time we turn our eyes inward, we start "seeing" images, and our imagination is brought to life.

An image is a form, color, picture, sound, smell, or any other sensation that comes to us from within.

An image is "in-formation" (stemming from the word "form") about something or someone, which shapes and forms us. Through images, we store information about the past, present, and future. Our dreams and aspirations, both at night and at daytime, speak the language of images and bring ideas to us.

An image can provide us with precise information and answers to any question: about health, a person’s state of being, about meanings, tasks, projects that are important to each individual.

The School’s practice teaches us how to silence our internal dialogue and activate imaginative thinking.
It restores our forgotten abilities to access inner wisdom, clearly receive information and consciously use it.
This approach combines ancient methods of working with consciousness and the subconscious, visualization techniques, and waking dreams, both during the day and at night.

The core two ways of learning at LOC School are Imagery and Dream Circles.

  • Imagery practice trains our conscious mind to receive images from the subconscious while awake. This begins with unique exercises done with our eyes closed and later with open eyes. These exercises create a micro-jolt or impulse that opens up the doors to our subconscious. It brings in the light of consciousness and immediately immerses us in the world of images.

Dream Circles teach students how to have clear dreams, reveal their core essence, and most importantly, correct any imbalance that’s reflected by our dreams. The principle remains the same: the subconscious (or the intuitive, dreaming mind) already contains information about all aspects of our lives.

Light of Consciousness School aims to bring more awareness and freedom to people: help them hear the unheard, see the hidden, sense the invisible, and bring it to physical life.

The roots of the practice stem from the ancient Kabbalistic tradition,

  • with knowledge passed down orally through generations from Isaac the Blind (13th century) and his follower Jacob ben Sheshet to the 20th-century teachers like the renowned Kabbalist Colette Aboulker-Muscat and Dr. Catherine Shainberg.

Applications of The School's methods can be used for:

  • Achieving balance on physical, emotional and mental levels
  • Improving relationships
  • Enhancing creative abilities and productivity
  • Optimizing business management
  • Conception and facilitating childbirt
  • Spiritual growth

How do we practice?

  • Imagery is the most important practice at the School.

It involves short, impactful imagination exercises that push aside everyday mental chatter and allow individuals to consciously immerse themselves in their subconscious.

What makes this practice so distinct is the jolt or impulse received by a person. Such jolt acts as a key, opening the doors to the subconscious and instantly immersing the practitioner in the subconscious, nonlinear mind. As a result, one might see a picture, hear a sound, or feel something.

This rapid and intense experience can be fully appreciated through personal participation.
If necessary, we repair the images that come up similarly to pop-up windows on the inner “screen”. People learn how to do imagery corrections accurately and in a timely manner.
Images reveal the truth about ourselves, transforming every aspect of our visible lives explored at the workshops.
We bypass the linear mind (ego) and free the True Self.
This creates a completely new type of dialogue between consciousness and subconsciousness, the masculine and feminine aspects within each person.
It changes and expands how we perceive ourselves, life, and ultimately improves our interactions with others and the world as a whole.

Co-Creation

  • We practice pure Kabbalah, which means “receiving.”

It’s not about analyzing—it’s about true experiencing. The practitioner "receives" revelations through inner contemplation and exploration using the universally understandable language of dreams and images that predates any spoken language.

Our own inner light of creation gets unlocked and manifests the reality where a human being becomes conscious and heartful co-creator of the universe.

It liberates the soul, granting us keys to better express our divine nature. This discipline does not require one to be a religious person or follow a specific worldview—it is accessible to everyone.
